Covid Vaccine Passport/Certificate PLEASE READ

We are unable to issue this certificate at the practice.

Proof of your vaccination status will be available on the NHSapp, (Which is also valuable for accessing your health records and ordering repeat prescriptions)

Alternatively you can call the NHS helpline on 119 (from 17 May) and ask for a letter to be posted to you. This must be at least 5 days after you’ve completed your course of the vaccine, the letter may to take up to 5 days to reach you.

Practice Nurses

The Practice Nurses are fully qualified to carry out:  

  1. Immunisation for children.
  2. Travel immunisation and advice on precautions abroad. Certain immunisations for travelling, are chargeable. Please ask reception for details.
  3. Routine injections.
  4. Cervical smears and family planning advice.
  5. Ear irrigation.
  6. Removal of sutures and wound dressings.
  7. Asthma/COPD reviews.
  8. Monitoring Hypertension.
  9. Diabetic monitoring.
  10. Coronary Heart Disease annual reviews.
  11. ECG and Spiromitery testing.
  12. Smokers Cessation advice.
  13. Swabs
  14. Stroke/TIA Monitoring
