Are you a Carer?
If you are in receipt of Carers Allowance you can book your appointment for your Covid vaccination at one of the Mass Vaccination Centres. The one local to Winsford and surrounding residents is at Morrison’s supermarket in Winsford and is run by Pharmacy2U.

If you don’t have access to the internet you can call 119 free of charge, between 7am and 11pm seven days a week to book your appointment through them.
Please come to the surgery and ask the Receptionist for a registration form to Register as a Patient. Alternatively you can register via this website on the home page.

Any new patient registering with us from 1st April 2015 aged 16 and over will need to fill in a Alcohol Screening Questionnaire. This is a Government led initiative which all practices have to undertake.
